Shubhkamna Lords vs JMD Siddhi Vinayak: Which is better?

Hi everyone, I'm looking at Shubhkamna Lords and JMD Siddhi Vinayak in Noida. Both are ready to move, which is great. What do you think about the location of each? Is one better connected than the other? Also, anyone have experience with the construction quality of either builder? Which offers better value for money considering the price?
