Experion Saatori Noida - Good investment, guys?

Guys, just saw this video on Experion Saatori in Sector 151 Noida. Looks like a pretty sweet deal, especially for investors. Video mein they're talking about good returns. Has anyone here invested in Experion projects before? Kya lagta hai, is it worth checking out? My budget is around 2cr. Any thoughts?
