Hey everyone, I'm looking at properties in Noida and am torn between KVD Wind Park and Swaraj Homes The Crescent. What do you think about the location of each? Is one better connected to the metro or expressway? Also, does anyone know about the construction quality of KVD Wind Park? Swaraj Homes seems pricier, but is it worth the extra cost? Kya kisi ne experience kiya hai Swaraj Homes mein? What's your take on the amenities offered by both? Which one would you recommend for investment and better ROI in Noida? Mujhe advice chahiye!
