Dasnac Westminster vs Hark Sai: Which is better?

Westminster's price is crazy high! Is it worth that much more than Hark Sai? Location-wise, both are in Noida, but which has better connectivity now? Has anyone experienced Dasnac's construction quality? I'm also wondering about the ROI potential. What do you think? Mujhe advice chahiye!
