Hark Sai vs ABCZ East: Which is better in Noida?

Hey guys, I'm confused between Hark Sai Apartment and ABCZ East Platinum. Location wise, dono Noida mein hai but which one has better connectivity? Also, what do you think about the construction quality of each? Has anyone experienced any issues? Mujhe advice chahiye, which one is better for investment?
