Guys, I'm confused between ATS Picturesque Reprieves and Arihant Abode in Noida. Arihant is ready to move, but the price is crazy high! ATS is under construction, but seems more affordable. Location wise, which one has better connectivity to the metro? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the construction quality of ATS? Which one has better ROI potential in the long run? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?
