Gulshan Ikebana: Worth it at that price?

Hey all, came across this video of Gulshan Ikebana in Sector 143, Noida. Looks pretty good, but are those prices (around 60L) actually worth it for that location? Anyone have firsthand experience living there or know about the builder's reputation? Looking for some honest opinions!
