Burj Noida - Overpriced or worth it, guys?

Guys, dekha kya Burj Noida ka yeh video? Looks pretty fancy, but those 3 and 4 BHK prices...thoda zyada toh nahi hai? I'm looking for something in Noida around that size. Has anyone actually visited the site? What's your take? Dasnac ka reputation kaisa hai anyway?
