DLF One Midtown - Overpriced or Worth it?

Hey guys, kya kisi ne DLF One Midtown ka yeh video dekha? Looks pretty fancy, but Delhi mein prices are already so high. Is it really worth the premium, or are there better options in Moti Nagar? What's your take after seeing the walkthrough?
