Guys, I'm confused between Exotica NorthVille and HCL Towers in Noida. HCL Towers ka price range is decent. What do you think about the location of both? Which one has better connectivity? Also, what about the amenities? Kya kisi ne NorthVille mein invest kiya hai? What's your experience with the builder? Which one would give better ROI in the long run? Mujhe advice chahiye!
