Guys, I'm confused between ATS Greens Village and Mahagun Moderne in Noida. What's your take on these two? I'm looking for investment, so which one has better ROI? ATS is obviously more expensive. Is it worth the extra cost? Mahagun is ready to move, which is a plus. Kya kisi ne Mahagun Moderne mein experience kiya hai? How's the construction quality?
