ATS Greens Village vs HCL Towers - Noida Investment Advice?

I'm thinking of investing in Noida. What do you think about ATS Greens Village versus HCL Towers? Location-wise, which one has better connectivity? Kya kisi ko pata hai which one is closer to the metro? Price difference toh kaafi hai, is ATS worth the extra cost? Amenities compare karein toh? HCL Towers mein kya kya milta hai? I'm looking for good ROI, so which project has better appreciation potential in Noida? Has anyone experienced dealing with either builder? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one would you recommend for investment? Not sure which one is better value for money. What's your take on this?
