Shubhkamna Lords vs. Maxblis Grand Kingston: Which is better ROI?

Hey guys, I'm looking at properties in Noida and am stuck between Shubhkamna Lords and Maxblis Grand Kingston. Lords is ready-to-move, which is a plus, but Kingston seems more upscale. What do you think about the location of each? Does anyone know which has better connectivity to the metro? Also, Kingston's price is significantly higher. Is it worth the extra investment? What's your take on the potential ROI for both, considering the current market in Noida? Has anyone experienced appreciation in either project? Mujhe advice chahiye!
