Dasnac Westminster: Worth the Noida Expressway price?

Saw that video on Dasnac Westminster in Sector 146, Noida. 12 Cr for a 4 BHK seems steep, even for that area. Anyone have thoughts on Dasnac's projects? Is it worth that much compared to other luxury options on the Expressway? What's your take?
