Panchsheel Pratishtha vs Novel Homes: Which is better?

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in a property in Noida. I've shortlisted Panchsheel Pratishtha and Novel Homes. What do you think about these two builders? Panchsheel Group ka reputation Noida mein kaisa hai? I heard Novel Group's projects are delivered on time mostly, is that true? Has anyone experienced delays with either of them? Which one offers better value for money in terms of price per sqft? Also, what about the quality of construction? Which one is better in terms of materials used and overall build quality? Mujhe advice chahiye! Any thoughts or experiences would be helpful. Thanks!
