Hey guys, I'm planning to invest in Noida and confused between Panchsheel Pratishtha and Prestige Bougainvillea Gardens. Prestige ka reputation toh kaafi achha hai, with that 4.5 rating, but what about Panchsheel? Has anyone experienced their construction quality? Mujhe construction quality aur timely delivery ke baare mein pata karna hai. Prestige is known for good quality, but are they always on time? Also, what do you think about the ROI potential of both?
