Novel or Panchsheel: Noida property, which is better?

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy property in Noida and I'm confused between Novel Group (Novel Homes) and Panchsheel Group (Panchsheel Pratishtha). What do you think about their construction quality? Kya kisi ne personally experience kiya hai? Which one has better after-sales service? I've heard mixed reviews. Also, which builder delivers projects on time? Delay toh nahi karte? I'm primarily concerned about timely possession. Mujhe advice chahiye on which one offers better value for money in the long run. ROI kiska better hai? Has anyone here invested in either? What's your take? Any suggestions? Thanks!
