Prestige vs Novel: Which builder is better in Noida?

I'm planning to invest in Noida real estate. I've shortlisted Prestige Bougainvillea Gardens and Novel Homes. Prestige ka reputation toh kaafi achha hai, but Novel ke projects bhi dikhne mein solid lag rahe hain. What do you think about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced delays with either of these builders? Which one offers better value for money in terms of price per sqft? Mujhey investment ke liye dekhna hai, so resale value kiska achha hoga? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their RERA compliance? Mujhe advice chahiye on which one to choose. Any suggestions?
