I'm confused between Prestige Bougainvillea Gardens and Novel Homes in Noida. Prestige ka reputation toh achha hai, but what about Novel Group? Has anyone experienced their construction quality? Which one offers better value for money, considering the price per sqft? Also, what's your take on their project delivery timelines? Mujhe investment ke liye dekhna hai.
