Gayatri Vatika vs Satyam Paradise: Which one is better?

Hi everyone, I'm confused between Gayatri Vatika and Satyam Paradise in Noida. Gayatri Vatika ka price thoda kam hai, but Satyam Paradise is ready to move. Location wise, are both equally accessible? Kya kisi ko pata hai which one has better connectivity to metro? Also, what about the construction quality? Has anyone experienced issues with either builder? I'm looking for investment purpose, so which one has better ROI potential? Mujhe advice chahiye on which project offers better value for money in the long run. What do you think?
