I'm considering Novel Homes and Panchsheel Pratishtha in Noida. What's your experience with their construction quality? Has anyone faced delays with Panchsheel? Novel Group seems newer, but what about their customer service compared to Panchsheel? Which one offers better value for money, considering the price per sqft?
