Panchsheel vs Novel: Construction quality & delivery?

I'm considering Panchsheel Pratishtha and Novel Homes. What do you think? Has anyone experienced the construction quality of either? Panchsheel Group or Novel Group - which one delivers projects on time? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their RERA compliance? Which one is better overall? Mujhe advice chahiye!
