Tata Value Homes 150 Noida - Legit hai?

Hey guys, I saw this video about Tata Value Homes in Sector 150 Noida. Looks pretty good, but 2017 ka hai. Has anyone actually invested there or knows someone who has? Kya scene hai wahan pe now? Any feedback would be helpful!
