Ace Terra Construction: Legit progress or nah?

Saw this construction update video on ACE Terra (Yamuna Expressway). Looks pretty good, but videos can be deceiving. Has anyone actually visited the site recently? What's your take on the construction progress? Is ACE Group delivering on their promises, or is it all just fancy marketing?
