Oakwood at Prestige City - Worth it?

Hey everyone! Just saw a video about the new Oakwood project by Prestige in Ghaziabad. Looks pretty interesting! Anyone else seen it? I'm kinda considering investing there, but not sure about the location. What's your take on Siddharth Vihar? Is it a good investment area?
