Indiabulls vs Mahagun: Which builder is better?

Hi all, I'm confused between Indiabulls Enigma and Mahagun Mantra I. Mahagun ka reputation toh thik hai (3.8 rating), but Indiabulls? Quality wise, what do you think? Has anyone experienced delays with either? Which one offers better value for money, considering the price? Mujhe advice chahiye!
