Indiabulls Enigma vs. Golden Palms: Which is better?

Guys, I'm confused between Indiabulls Enigma and Nimbus Golden Palms in Noida. Enigma is ready to move, which is a plus. But Golden Palms ka price range is quite high. Location wise, which one has better connectivity? Kya kisi ne dono projects mein invest kiya hai? What's your take on construction quality for both?
