I'm confused between Mahagun Group and Indiabulls Estate for investment in Noida. Mahagun Mantra I and Indiabulls Enigma are both looking good. Which builder offers better value for money? Kya kisi ne Indiabulls Enigma mein invest kiya hai? What's the price appreciation potential like? Mahagun ka construction quality kaisa hai? I've heard mixed reviews. Also, project delivery timelines are crucial. Has anyone experienced delays with either of these builders? Mujhe advice chahiye about which one to choose for better ROI. What do you think?
