Mahagun vs. Indiabulls in Noida: Which is better?

Looking at Mahagun Mantra I and Indiabulls Enigma... which one offers better value for money? Has anyone experienced delays with either builder? I'm also curious about construction quality - kya kisi ko pata hai which one uses better materials? Also, what's your take on their after-sales service? Which one would you recommend for investment in Noida? Any thoughts on resale value for both? Mujhe advice chahiye!
