Mahagun Medalleo: Worth the Ultra-Luxury Price?

Hey everyone! I saw this video review of Mahagun Medalleo in Sector 107, Noida. The apartments look amazing, but are they *really* worth the price tag? I'm looking for something in that area, but not sure if it's the best option. What's your take on Mahagun Group's projects? Has anyone here invested there?
