ACE Parkway: Worth the hype in Noida?

Spotted this video of a resident at ACE Parkway. Seems pretty good, but is it *actually* worth the price tag? Anyone else considering it? My budget's around that range, so I'm curious about real opinions. What's your take on ACE Group's projects in general?
