IVY County Noida - Worth the hype?

Guys, IVY County ka yeh sample flat video dekha? Looks pretty good! Specially the eco-friendly stuff. County Group ka project hai, so reputation toh hai. But Noida mein itna competition hai... is it really worth investing? What's your take? Need some honest opinions!
