County Group Noida 115 Project - Legit?

Hey guys, dekha kya County Group ka upcoming project Sector 115 mein? Found this video saying they aren't officially admitting to it yet. Kya scene hai? Anyone know more? Is it worth the hype or should I look elsewhere in Noida? Confused hu thoda!
