Antriksh Nature vs Elite X: Which is better in Noida?

Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida. I've shortlisted The Antriksh Nature (ready to move) and Elite X (upcoming). What do you think? Which one offers better value for money? Antriksh is ready, but Elite X looks promising. Location-wise, which one has better connectivity to the metro and other key areas? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of both? Also, what's your take on the potential ROI for both these projects? Elite X ka price range is around 2-3 Cr. Is it worth it considering it's under construction? Mujhe advice chahiye! Which one would you recommend and why? Has anyone experienced dealing with these builders before? What was your experience like?
