Gulshan Avante: Worth the hype in Noida Ext?

Hey everyone! Just saw this video walkthrough of Gulshan Avante. Those 4 BHK flats look HUGE! I'm looking to buy in Noida Extension, and Gulshan's always been on my radar. Is it really as luxurious as they make it seem? What are your thoughts on the location and pricing? Any insider info?
