ATS Advantage Delhi - Legit builder, guys?

Hey, anyone checked out this old ATS Infrastructure corporate video? Dekhne mein toh sab bohot hi achha lag raha hai. I'm looking at properties near Delhi. Is ATS Advantage really as good as it looks in the video? What's your experience? Thoda dar lagta hai investment karne se.
