Great Value Sharanam vs Eureka Park: Which is better?

Hi everyone, I'm considering buying a property in Noida and I'm torn between Great Value Sharanam and Eureka Park. Sharanam is ready-to-move, but how's the construction quality? Eureka Park is under construction, so what about possession timelines? Also, which has better connectivity to the metro? Kya kisi ko pata hai about resale value in these projects? Which would you recommend for investment? Mujhe advice chahiye, thanks!
