I'm confused between Great Value Sharanam and Stellar Kings Court in Noida. Sharanam is ready to move, while Kings Court is upcoming. What do you think? I'm looking for investment potential. Kya Sharanam mein resale value achhi hai? Kings Court ka location Sector mein kaisa hai? Also, Kings Court is priced at 1.66 Cr. Is it worth it? Has anyone experienced dealing with these builders?
