Elite X Noida Extension: Worth the price?

Hey everyone, came across this video showcasing Elite X in Noida Extension. Those 3 and 4 BHKs look pretty spacious, but starting at 1.7 Cr...? Anyone have insights on the Elite Group as a builder, or know what the actual living experience is like there? What's your take?
