2.5 saal se Rajkot market mein hoon, clients ko deal karwaai, ab khud ke liye 3BHK dekh raha hoon. Honestly, I thought I knew all the tricks, but buying for myself feels different. Everyone talks about new projects on 150 Feet Ring Road, like Balaji Group ke, but does anyone actually think floor-rise premium and PLC are worth it? Matlab, 4th floor pe hone ka itna extra paisa? Is it really for the view ya bas builder ka ek aur revenue stream? I'm looking at a 3BHK near Kalawad Road, around ₹90L, including parking. Secondary market mein better deals mil rahi hain kya? Ya fir Ansal API jaise established builders ke naye projects mein negotiation ka scope hai? I feel like resale mein zyada bargaining power hoti hai, no? Change my mind.
