₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 17 Rohini feels steep, especially after living here for 2.5 years in our 2BHK. We're thinking of upgrading, but honestly, the maintenance charges are already ridiculous for what we get. Our current RWA is pretty useless; common areas are often neglected, and basic amenities frequently break down. I'm looking at places by Godrej or DLF, but is the price jump really justified if the daily living experience isn't significantly better? Is it just the location driving up prices, or are people actually getting value? Not sure if it's worth taking on a bigger EMI for similar headaches. Anyone else in Rohini feel this way about property values versus the actual resident life?
