2.5 years late, Spiti Township Llp is draining me

Dundahera — I'm so fed up with this under-construction project from Spiti Township Llp. They promised possession 2.5 years ago, near Dwarka Expressway, but it's nowhere close. My construction-linked payments keep coming, but I'm still paying rent too. The EMI vs rent math is killing me. Anyone else stuck like this? What did you do?
