2.5 years waiting, my Krishna Kunj nightmare

2.5 years late, my Krishna Kunj flat isn't ready. I'm in this industry, I know builder promises. But this project near 150 Feet Ring Road was due 2022. Now I'm worried about resale value. Anyone else dealing with major delays in Krishna Kunj? What did you do, or is the resale market dead for delayed projects?
