Eldeco 7 Peaks: Honest review or hype?

Has anyone checked out this review of Eldeco 7 Peaks in Greater Noida? The video talks about it being a good option for luxury apartments. I'm looking for a 3BHK there, but not sure if it's worth the premium. What's your take? Is Eldeco trustworthy, generally?
