Dasnac Burj interiors - Worth the hype?

Guys, Noida Sector 75 mein Dasnac Burj ka yeh interior video dekha? Seems super luxury, but is it really worth the price tag? 2510 sqft mein itna fancy toh hona hi chahiye, right? What's your take? Any owners here with feedback?
