Hey guys, I'm looking to invest in Noida. Been checking out Hawelia Central and Purvanchal Group Mecon Apartments. Hawelia is ready to move, right? What's the possession situation with Purvanchal? Which one has better connectivity to the metro? Kya kisi ko pata hai about the construction quality of both? Which builder has a better track record, honestly? I'm also thinking about resale value. Which one would give better ROI in the long run? What do you think about the amenities? I'm confused. Mujhe advice chahiye. Any insights would be great! Thanks!
