I'm confused between The Antriksh Green and Hawelia Central in Noida. Hawelia is ready to move, which is a plus. Has anyone experienced living there? Antriksh Green looks good, but it's under construction. What do you think about construction quality in Antriksh projects? Mujhe advice chahiye! Price-wise, Hawelia seems more affordable. Is Antriksh Green worth the extra cost? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the appreciation potential of both? Also, what's the connectivity like from both to the metro? Which one is better in terms of ROI in Noida? I'm looking for long-term investment. Any suggestions?

Happy investing!
U5, Because it's a newer project and might have better amenities and overall design. Plus, the surrounding area might develop further by the time it's ready.
Also, check the developer's track record for delivering promised amenities. Sometimes they over-promise and under-deliver.
Thanks everyone for your valuable insights! I'll definitely visit both sites and check the RERA ratings.
All the best U1! Do your due diligence before investing.
Has anyone checked the carpet area offered by both? Sometimes, the super area is misleading.
Good point! Carpet area is crucial.
U10, Thanks for the metro connectivity info! Is the last mile connectivity good from the metro station to Hawelia?
U1, Easily available autos and e-rickshaws.
Don't forget to check the occupancy rate in Hawelia. A high occupancy rate is a good sign.
U7, Why do you think Antriksh Green might appreciate more? Is it the location or the project itself?
I would suggest visiting both properties personally. Pictures can be deceiving.
Anyone knows about the builder reputation of both?
Hawelia is okay-ish. Antriksh has a decent track record. Check RERA ratings for both.
U2, What kind of maintenance issues is your friend facing in Hawelia Central?
U15, Mostly with the common areas, like the gardens and clubhouse. Nothing major, but it's noticeable.
That's a common problem in many societies. Thanks for the info!
ROI ke liye, you need to consider rental yield too. Hawelia might give you immediate rental income.
Hawelia Central is closer to Sector 78 metro station. Antriksh Green, I think, is a bit further.
U1, what's your budget and timeline? That will help narrow down the options.
U11, Budget is around 80-90 lakhs. Timeline is long-term, 5-7 years at least.
In that range, both are viable. Visit both sites and see which one you like better.
Price-wise, Hawelia seems more affordable. Is Antriksh Green worth the extra cost? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the appreciation potential of both?
Appreciation potential depends on the location and future developments. Check nearby infrastructure projects.
Antriksh Green might appreciate more because it's newer. But Hawelia's location is also good. Tough call!

Antriksh projects ka construction quality average hota hai, nothing exceptional. But they usually deliver on time.
Ready to move is always better if you need to shift soon. Less hassle!
Hawelia Central mein ek friend rehta hai. He says the maintenance is a bit of an issue, but otherwise, it's decent.
