Elite X or Gayatri Developwell Tatva Villas, which one's better for investment in Noida? Elite X has an attractive price point, but what about Tatva's construction quality? I've heard Tatva Villas has slightly better construction quality, but Elite X is definitely more affordable. ROI depends on the location and future development I guess.
