Godrej Arden, Noida - Worth the hype?

Hey guys, dekha kya Godrej Arden ka yeh video? Looks pretty fancy, but Greater Noida mein hai. I'm looking for a 3BHK in that area, but not sure about the connectivity yet. Video mein toh sab mast dikha rahe hain! What's your take on the location? Is it worth investing in?
