Hey guys, dekho toh yeh Prateek Canary ka video. Sector 150 mein hai. Looks pretty fancy, but is it worth the premium price tag? Anyone invested here or know someone who has? What's your take on Prateek Group as a builder? Thoda confused hoon, help karo!
